Jerry Friedrichs is an Audit Director and chairs the Firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee. He performs technical reviews of most of the financial statements on which the Firm issues an accountant’s report. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, consulting and taxation in legal services, oil field services, construction, real estate and nonprofit organizations. Jerry is responsible for tax planning for a number of closely held businesses, including the owners and their family matters.
He received Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Tulane University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Society of Louisiana CPAs and has served on many of their committees.
Jerry served as President and Treasurer of the Tulane Association of Business Alumni and was a member of Tulane’s Accounting Advisory Council of A.B. Freeman School of Business.
